Soup of the Day

Strawberry Bibb Salad- local hydroponic bibb lettuce, compressed strawberries, Cipollini onions, candied walnuts, strawberry basil vinaigrette**

Herb Crusted Fried Oysters (4)- pickled Manakintowne watermelon radishes, dressed Manakintowne greens, Gochujang aioli

Course 2 (choose one)

Maryland Crab Cakes- two 4oz broiled crab cakes, sumac creamed corn, pickled ramps, fried brussel leaves

Braised Chicken Thighs- smoked polenta, callaloo Manakintowne mustard greens*

Shrimp and Grits- Byrd Mill Yellowstone grits, redeye gravy, radishes, scallions

Course 3 (choose one)

Pound Cake- almond and vanilla flavor, strawberry and blood orange semifreddo, Old Forrester barrel aged whip cream**

Gelato- vanilla or salted caramel

Sorbet- dark chocolate or pomegranate
